A very easy way to do grilled chicken ready



Ingredients

Chicken thoroughly washed and soaked in vinegar, cumin, salt and cut in half
2 medium onion grated
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon thyme
Half teaspoon black pepper
Salt and spices
Teaspoon mustard
Spoon sauce or ketchup
Half teaspoon oil
2 garlic cloves, sliced


Directions

 roast chicken

Open between the bone by the knife for easy adjustment
Mix all ingredients
Season chicken well and pass on dressing for each of their parts and leave in refrigerator at least an hour, preferably 12 hours
Grilled chicken on a grill coal, electricity or on a shelf in the oven over medium heat
Note Grill covered over medium heat gives excellent result
Serve hot with tahini and French Fries

Ingredients

Half a kilo of mutton or beef meat cut
2 cups basmati rice
3 cups soup
Diced tomato
Spices button - Salt Pepper - carnation - Cardamom - Raisin
3 tablespoons oil or margarine
Nuts

Directions   Kabsa Saudi
Wash rice and soak for an hour
Boil the meat until maturity
Put the onions with oil on the fire until it becomes golden
Add chopped tomatoes and mix
Add soup with meat, salt, spices, cardamom, cloves, raisins and leave until boiling
Drain rice and put in soup, meat and move Kabsa and cover the pot
When boiling reduce heat until fully mature
Placed in a dish
Put almonds in a half cup of water on the fire for 3 minutes
Washed and peeled almonds
Toasted almonds with the hazelnuts in one tablespoon oil
Nuts are placed on the face of Kabsa

Wash rice and soak for an hour and cut the onions and peppers into very small pieces and then put it on rice and put raisins, carrots, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and a little oil
 Boil water in a pot and put it sauce, salt, onion and chicken section and put it on the fire and then put it on rice, which we cover and put it on low heat until dry, then flip and leave until full maturity
Note:
Each cup of rice needs a cup of water almost

Components of the Umm Ali:


tortillasCorn Flex
      
2 tablespoons butter
    
Cup milk
3 cups warm water
       -third cup sugar
Vanilla
Peanuts husked
Raisins, almonds and hazelnuts

The recipe
 :Cut  tortillas or flakes into small pieces And

                                           stacked in an oven dish and sprinkle with raisins betweenclasses
Mix milk with water and sugar and put on the fire, stirring
 To boil.Leaves the milk to cool slightly, then add butter and vanilla.
                                                                                                                             Add milk slowly. Then sprinkle it raisins and almonds and hazelnuts.
